Job Description

Join the team as a Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary line of defense for technical issue resolution, ensuring that school bus safety systems remain operational and effective. You will provide high-quality support and training to both internal and external customers, translating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Issue Resolution: Provide expert customer support and technical troubleshooting via phone, email, and other electronic media.
  • System Configuration: Configure customer hardware and equipment to ensure seamless connectivity with Safe Fleet systems.
  • Customer Education: Provide comprehensive training to customers on how to effectively use and maintain Safe Fleet systems.
  • Technical Communication: Translate technical jargon into non-technical language to assist customers during the troubleshooting process.
  • Service Support: Assist with various service activities, including the potential for offsite training or product installation support.
  • Compliance: Adhere strictly to workplace operating, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) guidelines.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of outstanding customer service experience.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven experience in setting up and troubleshooting multiple Microsoft Windows applications and wireless networking.
  • Education: A one-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 2436 months of related technical experience/training.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written English communication skills with a strong command of phone etiquette.
  • Soft Skills: Strong listening skills, a collaborative team-first attitude, and the ability to multi-task under pressure.
  • Organization: Self-motivated and highly organized with an acute attention to detail.

Job Requirements

  • Must be willing to work the Night Shift to align with U.S. client hours.
  • Must be willing to work Onsite at our Pasig OR Antipolo hubs.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required to meet customer needs.
