Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Successful candidates will provide over-the-phone customer service and technical support to website users of a US based education services company. Transactions include enrollment to online classes and assesments, purchase of eBooks and research materials.
Qualifications:
Completed at least two (2) years in college
Basic knowledge of PC usage and Internet navigation
Conversant in the English Language
Good analytical skills
Willingness to work in Shaw, Mandaluyong City on shifting schedules
