Job Overview
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to help install, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware and software. This position is open to fresh graduates who are interested in starting a career in IT and technical support.
Responsibilities
- Install and set up computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Install and update software applications and operating systems.
- Provide technical assistance to users experiencing hardware or software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic computer and system problems.
- Assist in setting up user accounts and system access.
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to learn new technologies and IT processes.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig from Monday to Friday.
