What You'll Do
Provide expert technical support: You'll be the go-to person for our clients, helping them troubleshoot and resolve issues with their solar inverter and/or battery.
Collaborate with a team: Work closely with our equally dynamic engineers to collaborate and provide comprehensive solutions for our clients and stakeholders.
Innovate and learn: Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning about our latest technologies and developing creative solutions for complex problems.
What We're Looking For
A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field.
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for explaining complex technical information clearly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A passion for technology and a desire to help others.
Previous experience in a technical support role is a plus, but not required.
