Technical Support Engineer for Office Printing Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of imaging and printing environments to identify client requirements and provide tailored recommendations for both managed and transactional opportunities.
• Timely submission of recommended fleet analysis and bill of materials
• Effective installation and configuration of appropriate imaging, printing and applications at client site.
• Respond in a timely manner on service requests (internal & external) from customers and provide break fix to MPS deployment.
• Stay updated with the latest product training and industry solutions to maintain technical proficiency and deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements:

• A degree holder in any computer-related course.
• Solid knowledge in computer hardware/software.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation
• Experience in printer deployment is an advantage but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
