Role Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Associate - Mandarin Speaker for a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig. This role involves assisting customers with technical queries, troubleshooting issues related to devices such as Laptop, Handsets, Wearable, Audio, Tablets and providing exceptional customer support. The role also entails using analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical challenges efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and a seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Analytical skills to identify and address system or product issues
• Excellent Customer Support skills, including effective communication and empathy
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Open to fresh graduates; prior experience in a technical support or related role is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of Huawei products and services preferred
