Job Requirements
- Senior High School Graduate (K12) or High School Graduate (Old Curriculum).
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and troubleshooting skills.
- Call center experience is preferred but not required.
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support through phone, chat, or email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to products or services.
- Assist customers with account setup, device configuration, and general technical inquiries.
- Clearly explain troubleshooting steps and solutions to customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately in company systems.
