A Technical Support Representative is a person who provides answers to questions from customers regarding use and trouble-shooting of equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
With at least 6 months experience
At least high school graduate (old curriculum) or senior high school graduate (new curriculum)
Good to excellent English communication skills
Willing to start immediately.
