Technical Support (1 Year Experience)

DISTRIBUTOR OF BIOMETRICS INDUSTRY

Location: Julia Vargas Avenue, Ortigas, Pasig City

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or any related course
• Previous experience in technical support or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Customer-oriented and detail-focused
• Willing to work on shifting schedules if necessary
• Basic networking knowledge
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Good communication skills when dealing with clients
• Speaks clearly and confidently
• Experience with Biometrics, Access Control, and Timekeeping Systems is a plus but not required
  
  

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Document incidents and their solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex problems
• Test and validate new features
• Create and update user guides
• Monitor systems and report anomalies
• Provide basic training to users
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Participate in ongoing training sessions
  
  

SALARY RANGE: PHP 16,000–18,000

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

WORK LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig City
