Technical Supervisors

Position Summary

The Technical Supervisor oversees and coordinates the technical operations within a project or department. They lead technical teams, ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of equipment, troubleshoot issues, and implement safety and quality standards. The role involves planning workflows, training staff, and collaborating with other departments to support efficient and effective technical performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical aspects of production including but not limited to lights, camera, audio, and music and ensure good broadcast quality

• Lead the set-up, installation and maintenance of technical equipment

• Provide technical direction including but not limited to camera framing and angling

• Operate the video switcher equipment and related video equipment

• Contribute to the overall creative and production direction of the shows and content

• Collaborate with IT and other technical teams to maintain good streaming quality

• Troubleshoot any technical-related challenges

• Implement best practices for streaming ensuring reliability, high, broadcast-quality output

• Contribute to the overall creative and production direction of the shows and content

  
  
  

• 3+ experience in entertainment production, media, live event production, live streaming or related

• Strong knowledge of various technical aspects of production and streaming

• Good leader and a team player, collaborative
