Reporting to: Technical Manager
The
Technical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing laboratory testing, product validation, and technical evaluation activities to ensure products meet quality, performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. The role supervises testing operations, maintains laboratory standards, prepares technical reports, and supports product certification and regulatory compliance to ensure products are market-ready and compliant with applicable industry standards.
Other requirements include the following:
- Supervise laboratory operations to ensure testing activities are conducted safely, accurately, and in accordance with established procedures.
- Review and evaluate test results to identify product performance issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Support product certification and regulatory compliance activities with applicable local and international standards.
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely laboratory test reports, validation reports, and technical findings.
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes, testing methods, and operational efficiency.
To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Licensed Engineer
- At least 3–5 years of experience in product testing, laboratory operations, quality assurance, or technical compliance.
- Experience with product certification and regulatory compliance is preferred.
