Technical Superintendent

· Plant Operations and Maintenance

o Ensure optimal performance of diesel generators and auxiliary systems.

o Lead scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.

o Analyze operational data to detect and correct issues before they lead to failures.

· Technical Management

o Supervise and coach technical teams such as mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation.

o Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

o Provide expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostics support.

· Project Management

o Manage plant upgrades, retrofits, and rehabilitation projects.

o Prepare technical specifications and cost estimates.

o Coordinate with contractors and vendors during technical project execution.

· Compliance and Safety

o Ensure full compliance with DOE, ERC, and DENR standards.

o Enforce safety regulations and support ISO and HSE certifications.

o Prepare reports for regulatory audits and internal evaluations.

· Budgeting and Reporting

o Prepare annual technical budget and monitor expenditures.

o Analyze cost-effectiveness of maintenance strategies.

Submit monthly and quarterly technical performance reports.
