Qualifications

  • Atleast high school graduate.
  • Preferrably have Plumbing NCII.
  • Has dedication with work.
  • Passionate and reliable with job.
  • Friendly demeanor and customer service.
  • Good communication, both written and oral, and ability to coordinate with contractors.
  • Time management and organization use a variety of organization methods, to handle multiple projects at one time and completing tasks efficiently and quickly.
  • Team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Customer service should have strong professional conversation etiquette, especially in person and over the phone.
  • Willing to do fieldworks.
  • Can start ASAP.

Duties And Responsibiltiies

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure that plumbing and structural preparations (e.g., pipe placement) comply with product specifications and standards.
  • Identify potential installation issues early (e.g., incorrect pipe positioning, insufficient water pressure provisions) and recommend corrective actions.
  • Review and verify the technical accuracy and completeness of product orders, ensuring all required components (such as valves, gaskets, and fittings) are included and meet quality requirements.

  • Diagnose and resolve issues including leaking faucets, clogged drains, and malfunctioning toilet mechanisms.
  • Ensure all repairs meet safety standards and restore optimal product performance.
  • Respond promptly to customer complaints and service requests.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshooting to determine root causes of product or installation issues.
  • Provide clear explanations and solutions to clients, maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed service reports for all site visits, inspections, and repairs performed.

  • Submit recommendations for preventive measures, product improvements, or process enhancements.
