SPI Product Preparation: Ensure all activities and preparation requirement for newly launched models will be executed on a timely manner
Ensure to achieved the highest standard / quality of workmanship maintenance requirements includes all technical operation KPI targets
Proactively creates both standard and localized technical training programs focus on targeted technical issue for overall operation improvement
Creates wecare tickets equivalent to technical case to be submitted in system to push technical HQ for recommended solution backed up with justified diagnosis
Handles all endorsed sample devices includes validation and unlocking before outbound to local warehouse
Non-technical: DTI complaint handling includes creation of reasonable solution to still meet positive customer satisfaction
Safeguards all operations management maturity to ensure each of the PIC achieved respective task and target
Creates localized technical solution (temporary or permanent) if current device fix still not available with approval from HQ
Qualifications:
College Graduate with an equivalent degree in IT/Technical
Have minimum 5 years experience in the same industry (Telco)
High level repair capabilities (L0 L3) for mobile, tablets, laptop, wearables, monitors and other electronic devices
