About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Technology Solutions Expert (DTSE) to serve as the technical lead for customer product adaptation, solution implementation, and integration. You will work closely with customers, R&D teams, and internal departments to ensure high-quality execution, smooth delivery, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical adaptation and integration of customer products with Huawei digital solutions.
- Execute and optimize R&D solutions locally to support project deployment in the Philippines.
- Test, validate, and ensure the stability of the GXX3.0 solution.
- Track development progress and coordinate effectively with R&D and project teams.
- Maintain strong communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and issue resolution.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of software development experience or2+ years in technical architecture design.
- Hands-on experience in Android app development and mobile application tech stacks.
- Ability to design and deliver complete technical solutions based on customer scenarios.
- Strong coordination skills with R&D teams for implementation and testing.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Experience working in customer-facing technical roles.
- Background in solution testing, QA, or technical validation.
- Familiarity with Huawei systems or ecosystem-based integration.
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
- Can start ASAP
