Job Description
DUTIES And RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience: 3 to 5 years related experience in I.T and Data Center industry.
- Provide technical services such as installation, deployment, integration, and implementation of products and systems.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for clients and end-users.
- Conduct testing, configuration, and system checks to ensure proper functionality.
- Assist in project implementation and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and service records.
- Provide user training and technical guidance when needed.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
- Support the resolution of technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in mentoring junior technical staff and sharing technical knowledge.
Experience: 3 to 5 years related experience in I.T and Data Center industry.
