We are looking for a Technical Services Associate to support the installation, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of EV charging stations and related electrical systems. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of charging infrastructure through preventive maintenance, technical support, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of EV charging stations to ensure proper functionality, cleanliness, and safety.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities, including cleaning, testing, and replacement of components as needed.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues affecting charging stations and associated equipment.
- Carry out repairs and replacement of defective components such as charging connectors, cables, communication interfaces, and charging modules.
- Utilize electrical testing equipment to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, service logs, and inventory documentation.
- Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and service requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and industry standards when working with electrical and high-voltage systems.
- Provide technical assistance and support to EV charging station users and site partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address operational concerns and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on developments in EV charging technology, safety standards, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and equipment troubleshooting.
- Ability to use electrical testing tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to perform fieldwork and travel to project sites as required.
- Experience in EV charging systems, electrical maintenance, or technical services is an advantage.
