Prepare and process administrative works.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and create PR/PO for TS requisitions
  • Manage all TS documents
  • Process all administrative works of the department
  • Liaise tax and license of all vehicles
  • Process and prepare all documentation needed for third party service contractors
  • Maintain stock inventory of TS department
  • Maintain equipment and spare parts inventory nationwide
  • Consolidate all equipment job order
  • Update PM checklist nationwide
  • Helps team in data collection for all land-based equipment nationwide
  • Monitor and maintain TS office supplies documentation

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Industrial Engineer
  • Knowledgeable in CMMS software is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS office or excel
