Job Summary
We are seeking a
Technical Services & Product Development Manager to oversee technical support, product commercialization, and operational process improvements across our food manufacturing and restaurant operations. This role ensures that new products are successfully implemented while maintaining operational excellence and product consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical services and product development initiatives.
- Manage commercialization and implementation of new products.
- Develop SOPs, technical manuals, and production standards.
- Maintain BOMs, recipes, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with QA, Operations, Procurement, Industrial Engineering, and Training.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead technical issue resolution and operational support.
- Supervise technical support teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering, Culinary Management, or related field.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in commissary, food manufacturing, or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership and technical documentation skills.
