Technical Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and self-driven professional to join our fast-growing and diverse team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality smart energy solutions and after-sales technical support to our customers.

In this role you will:

• Provide installation guidance, system commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for energy storage and solar inverter products.
• Organize and conduct technical training for overseas customers, and prepare related technical documents and training materials to improve customers operation and maintenance capabilities.
• Collect customer feedback and work closely with internal teams to support continuous product improvement.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve technical issues raised by customers or front-line sales teams.
• Keep learning about company products and market trends to continuously improve technical expertise.

We are looking for:

• Bachelor or above holders in Electronics and Electrical or other related majors

• Self-motivator with a minimum of 3 years related experience in the solar industry is a must

• Energetic professional who may travel 50% or above per year

• Good communicator with fluent English
