Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to support the repair, calibration, testing, and preventive maintenance of aerospace and aircraft composite repair equipment, including hot bonders, infrared heating systems, vacuum sources, and pneumatic assemblies.

The role involves hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, temperature control, instrumentation, vacuum, and electro-mechanical systems used in aircraft composite repair applications.

Responsibilities

Repair, test, and calibrate aerospace composite repair equipment

Service hot bonders, infrared heating elements, and control systems

Troubleshoot electrical, vacuum, and pneumatic components

Interpret electrical diagrams and technical manuals

Perform preventive maintenance and basic service documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years relevant technical experience in:

Electrical or electro-mechanical systems

Instrumentation and control

HVAC or industrial heating/vacuum systems

Background in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, HVAC, or related technical fields

Strong understanding of electrical systems preferred

Experience in the use of electrical test equipment (e.g., multimeter, clamp meter, basic calibration tools)

Formal degree preferred but not required; equivalent hands-on experience will be considered

Skills (Not all required)

Electrical troubleshooting

Use of electrical test and measuring equipment

Temperature control and heating systems (resistive / infrared)

Instrumentation (sensors, controllers)

Vacuum and pneumatic systems
