This role will play a critical part in strengthening Kajae's online presence by identifying opportunities to improve SEO, website performance, lead generation, and overall digital effectiveness.

About the Role

Kajae is seeking a proactive and analytical Technical SEO & Website Optimization Specialist to optimize our website's search performance, technical health, usability, and conversion potential.

Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, you'll audit our website, uncover optimization opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and implement improvements that directly impact organic traffic, lead generation, and user experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, making data-driven decisions, and continuously improving digital performance.

The ideal candidate understands how SEO, website structure, content, analytics, and user experience work together to drive sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Optimization

• Conduct ongoing SEO audits to identify opportunities that improve organic search visibility and website performance.
• Develop and implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations.
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, URL structures, image alt text, and other on-page SEO elements.
• Perform keyword research aligned with business goals, customer intent, and search demand.
• Review existing website content and recommend opportunities for optimization, expansion, consolidation, or new SEO-focused content.
• Identify opportunities to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and overall website performance.
• Monitor keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, and organic traffic performance.
• Stay current on Google's algorithm updates, SEO best practices, AI search trends, and emerging search technologies.

Technical SEO & Website Auditing

• Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify issues affecting website health and search visibility.
• Troubleshoot crawlability, indexing, redirects, duplicate content, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
• Review website architecture, navigation, page hierarchy, and internal linking for SEO and usability improvements.
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical performance.
• Identify broken links, orphan pages, outdated content, unnecessary redirects, and other website issues.
• Support structured data and schema markup implementation.
• Maintain a prioritized SEO improvement roadmap based on business impact.

Website Optimization

• Build, update, and optimize website pages, landing pages, forms, and content using Framer.
• Troubleshoot layout, functionality, responsiveness, and website performance issues.
• Optimize images, scripts, assets, and page components to improve load times and user experience.
• Support website integrations, tracking codes, forms, marketing tools, and third-party applications.
• Ensure all website updates follow SEO, accessibility, usability, and brand best practices.
• User Experience & Conversion Optimization
• Analyze navigation, landing pages, forms, calls-to-action, and user journeys to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend improvements that increase engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
• Review website analytics and user behavior to identify friction points.
• Support A/B testing and website optimization initiatives based on performance data.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
• Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, conversions, impressions, clicks, and website performance metrics.
• Ensure analytics, conversion tracking, and marketing tags are properly implemented.
• Develop reports and provide actionable recommendations based on SEO and website performance.
• Document completed optimizations and maintain visibility into upcoming priorities.

Collaboration

• Partner with the Senior Marketing Manager to align SEO initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure website content follows SEO and UX best practices
• Clearly communicate technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactively identify new opportunities to improve Kajae's digital presence rather than waiting for assigned tasks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in Technical SEO, website optimization, digital marketing, web development, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of on-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and website optimization.
• Experience conducting SEO audits and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with Framer or modern no-code/low-code website platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and modern web development principles.
• Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and website performance.
• Experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Sitebulb, or similar tools.
• Understanding of crawling, indexing, redirects, canonical tags, XML sitemaps, robots.txt, and structured data.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools to accelerate SEO research, workflow automation, technical analysis, and content optimization.
• Professional-level written and verbal English communication skills.

Bonus Experience

• Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Experience with UI/UX principles and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience implementing schema markup and structured data.
• Knowledge of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience with backlink analysis and off-page SEO.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar systems.
• Experience creating or optimizing landing pages.
• Familiarity with website hosting, DNS management, domains, and website migrations.
• Experience optimizing websites for AI-powered search experiences, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT Search, Gemini, and Perplexity.
• Experience building dashboards using Looker Studio or similar reporting platforms.
