Description
This role will be joining our high-performance Sales team. This individual will be responsible for supporting a North America Sales team focused on the Quick Service Restaurant industry. The position serves as a bridge between technical consulting, customer engagement, and sales support functions.
A Typical Day In The Life Includes
- Work with customers to validate existing hardware requirements and store configurations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Infor's solution to effectively communicate value to prospective customers.
- Work closely with the North America Sales team to convert quotes to orders.
- Execute back-office functions related to the quote-to-cash process
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Availability to work North America Business Hours.
- Ability to articulate hardware specifications and solution capabilities
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to adopt new tools and processes as needed.
- Customer-facing experience with strong customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer engagements independently.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hardware, hardware setup, troubleshooting, or support
- Experience in restaurant operations or the fast-food/restaurant industry
- Familiarity with restaurant technology and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
- Exposure to vendors or technologies related to restaurant environments, such as hardware providers (e.g., scanners, scales, POS equipment)
- Experience in technical support roles, particularly those involving hardware troubleshooting.
