Overview:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist with a strong background in Information Technology to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge technical expertise with sales acumen, helping clients understand, adopt, and maximize IT solutions across hardware and software products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engage with clients to identify their IT needs and recommend suitable hardware and software solutions.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to support sales efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT peripheral issues (printers, monitors, networking devices, etc.).
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, quotations, and promotional materials.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
• Prepare and analyze sales reports using MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new IT products, and competitor offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Solid understanding of basic IT products (PCs, laptops, peripherals, networking equipment, software applications).
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting common IT hardware and software issues.
• Prior exposure to sales or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
