Role Overview:

Primary Function: We're looking for a Technical Sales Senior Manager to lead and manage our Technical Sales team, driving revenue growth through solution selling, and building strong client relationships in technical or industrial sectors. Your role combines deep product knowledge with sales expertise to support key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and guide customers through the solution lifecycle.

As a Technical Sales Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to make an impact through technical sales execution and client engagement. This includes overseeing and creating technical sales presentations and solution demonstrations. You will also champion a consultative selling approach by integrating deep technical knowledge with market insights, to craft solutions that address client challenges.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Agriculture, or any related course (preferably with Professional License)
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Sales, or Solution Selling
  • Demonstrates strong technical understanding of products and translates this into customer value
  • Excellent Sales Negotiation and Stakeholder Management skills
  • Willing to be based in Ortigas
