The Technical Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational success and financial growth of the company within their designated territory. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive retail account growth, foster long-term client relationships, and act as the primary liaison between the brand and their partners. You will be the bridge between high-level business development initiatives and day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive retail account growth by identifying market opportunities and implementing localized sales strategies.
- Support and execute business development initiatives to expand the brand's footprint within the assigned territory.
- Analyze regional KPIs (sales, labor, and overhead) to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the senior point of contact for key accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
