Your Mission: The Role

This is not your typical graduate role. As a Solutions Consultant, you're not joining to sell features — you're here to co-create value.

You're stepping in as a Forward-Deployed Solver (FDS) — co-owning real-world problems and delivering intelligent outcomes. You'll partner closely with forward-thinking clients to question the status quo, break down complexity from first principles, and challenge legacy with better.

Let's be clear: this is not a shadow and observe kind of role. From Day 1, you'll be hands-on — diagnosing client challenges, building solutions, and translating them into opportunities for AI-powered transformation. While your journey begins with mentorship, you'll be expected to think like a founder, act like an entrepreneur, and move like an engineer.

Your Responsibilities

As a Solutions Consultant – FDS (Forward-Deployed Solver) at Searce, you'll be on the frontlines of transformation — co-owning early-stage conversations, decoding complexity, and challenging assumptions from first principles to craft intelligent solutions that move the needle.

You'll get fluent in client context — their markets, motivations, and mechanics — and dive deep into revenue-impacting workflows across sales, marketing, finance, and ops. You'll map them, question them, and identify where transformation must begin.

You will consult, not sell — supporting discovery sessions, articulating high-value use cases, and co-designing AI-native, cloud-forward solutions with senior solvers and engineers.

You'll think in value, not tools. Whether it's automation, modernization, or applied AI, you'll learn to connect technology to impact — and become the translator every stakeholder wants in the room.

You'll stay 100% accountable for the value thinking behind your solutions — even as engineering evlos them into working reality. Because at Searce, ownership isn't about seniority. It's a mindset.

• Academic Excellence:You have a track record of consistent, top-tier academic performance (e.g., top 10% of your department) and are in your final year of a B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, or a related field at a premier institution.
• Exceptional Problem Solvers: You have a demonstrated history of deconstructing complex, ambiguous problems into their fundamental parts and solving them elegantly. This could be through competitive programming, complex personal projects, or academic research.
• Logically and Analytically Rigorous: You think in systems, models, and data. You are comfortable with quantitative analysis and can build a strong, data-backed case for your ideas.
• Compelling Communicator: You don't just present data; you build narratives. You can articulate complex technical ideas as clear business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Inherent Business Acumen: You're instinctively curious about how companies work and where technology can create a 10x impact. You think in terms of outcomes and ROI, not just technical features.
• Insatiably Curious about New-Age Tech: You are not just aware of new technologies; you are actively experimenting with them. You should have a foundational understanding of (or a deep passion to learn):
• Programming: Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and proficiency in at least one language, preferably Python.
• AI/ML Concepts: A solid grasp of machine learning fundamentals. Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g., via APIs from OpenAI, Google) and frameworks like LangChain is a significant plus.
• Detail-Obsessed & Observant: You have a keen eye for spotting inefficiency and a low tolerance for broken processes. You notice the details others miss.
