Role Summary
Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling automation and mechanical solutions including car parking systems and warehouse automation through technical expertise, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle: identify leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities to meet sales and revenue goals.
- Prepare quotations and tenders, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct product presentations and propose technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Support marketing research, planning, and sales forecasting; monitor competitor and market trends.
- Ensure timely completion of Project Specification Sheets (PSS) and coordinate smooth handovers with the Project team.
- Maintain updated project and customer data in CRM (C4C) and project databases.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate billing and timely collection of payments.
- Build long-term customer satisfaction through regular visits and post-project follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial, or Automation/Control Engineering
- Experience: 25 years in technical sales or engineering; background in automated warehouses, racking systems, or AGVs preferred
- Strong understanding of automation systems, industrial machinery, and instrumentation
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and use tools (e.g., CAD, SCADA, basic PLC programming)
- B2B sales experience, with strong negotiation, presentation, and proposal-writing abilities
- Knowledge of lead generation, account management, and the sales cycle
- Owns or has regular access to a car
- Willing to work in Paranaque City
