Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Laguna for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will develop and deliver product presentations, collaborate with technical teams to meet client requirements, and contribute to driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting and offering technical solutions tailored to customer needs while keeping up with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong background in Technical Support, with skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical challenges.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, build relationships, and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Sales and customer relationship management to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently or within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Manila and travel as required for client meetings and technical support activities.
