Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; PRC registration preferred;
- Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive experience in electrical construction and supply/manufacturing;
- Background as a Specification Engineer, Senior Technical Sales Engineer, Applications Engineer, or Project Engineer;
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards, materials, and project specifications;
- Proven ability in project specification, consultant coordination, product selection, and technical proposals;
- Capable of influencing product approval and design inclusion;
- Strong technical communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills;
- Willing to conduct site visits, technical meetings, and product demos.
Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
- Identify and develop new clients, projects, and business opportunities for the Company.
- Conduct client visits, meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
- Promote the Companys electrical engineering services, products, and project capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, developers, and suppliers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, bid documents, and contracts for prospective projects.
- Follow up on submitted proposals and negotiate project terms with clients.
Technical Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate electrical solutions and services.
- Review project plans, technical drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Coordinate with the Engineering and Operations Team regarding project feasibility and costing.
- Assist in project estimation, load computation, and technical documentation when necessary.
- Provide technical support and clarification to clients during project discussions.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding project schedules, delivery timelines, and implementation requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Address client concerns, technical issues, and after-sales service requirements.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain updated records of client accounts, quotations, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, project status updates, and forecast reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of contracts, purchase orders, and project-related files.
