JOB SUMMARY: The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying enterprise leads and uncovering new opportunities to grow the business for drone-based solutions of Aero. This role focuses on building strong client relationships across industries such as construction, agriculture, logistics, energy, and public safety, while delivering tailored, solutions-based offerings to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and converting leads through inbound and outbound channels, while managing the full sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their operational challenges, and recommend customized drone solutions (e.g., mapping, surveying, inspection, security, or delivery), including opportunities for upselling services such as training, maintenance, and data analytics.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and site visits, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Represent Aero in industry events and networking activities to expand market presence and generate new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and support data-driven business growth strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and marketing) and stay updated on drone technologies, regulations, and competitors to effectively position solutions in the market.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or B2B/solutions selling.
- Experience in technology, drones, engineering solutions, or enterprise sales is preferred, with a strong understanding of consultative selling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), with excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork, client visits, and report on-site in Mandaluyong as needed; driving skills or a valid driver's license is an advantage.
