Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Strategy:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities within the electrical engineering market.
- Present technical solutions to potential customers, explaining the benefits and applications of products or services.
- Assist customers with product selection, configurations, and specifications, ensuring that solutions meet their needs.
Technical Expertise & Consultation:
- Provide technical support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical training to customers.
- Analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions based on technical requirements.
- Offer expert advice on the implementation, integration, and troubleshooting of products.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and product-related issues.
- Track project progress and ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Collaborative Teamwork:
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to communicate customer feedback, ensuring product improvements and innovation.
- Prepare technical documentation, quotes, and proposals.
- Provide insights to help drive product development based on market trends and customer feedback.
Sales & Performance Metrics:
- Achieve sales targets and performance metrics set by the sales manager.
- Track and report on sales activities, technical issues, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in technical sales, engineering support, or related technical roles (entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of specific product lines or industries (e.g., power systems, automation, renewable energy).
- Previous experience in the power plant industry/company.
