Job Description
- Drive sales of industrial equipment and engineered solutions within the assigned territory (Cebu).
- Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
- Conduct customer visits to identify operational challenges and recommend technical solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain customer information through CRM systems.
- Work closely with internal technical and service teams to support customer requirements.
- Achieve territory sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Represent the company professionally in front of customers and key stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Sales Engineer - Cebu (Mandaue) should have:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in technical sales, equipment sales, industrial machinery, compressors, pumps, or related industries.
- Strong hunter mindset with the ability to win new business while managing existing accounts.
- Comfortable engaging customers and presenting technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills in English; Bisaya/Cebuano proficiency is highly preferred.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital sales platforms.
- Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Open to learning and developing within a structured sales environment.
