Job Description

Drive sales of industrial equipment and engineered solutions within the assigned territory (Cebu).
Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Conduct customer visits to identify operational challenges and recommend technical solutions.
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
Manage the sales pipeline and maintain customer information through CRM systems.
Work closely with internal technical and service teams to support customer requirements.
Achieve territory sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Represent the company professionally in front of customers and key stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Sales Engineer - Cebu (Mandaue) should have:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 3-4 years of experience in technical sales, equipment sales, industrial machinery, compressors, pumps, or related industries.
Strong hunter mindset with the ability to win new business while managing existing accounts.
Comfortable engaging customers and presenting technical solutions.
Strong communication skills in English Bisaya/Cebuano proficiency is highly preferred.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital sales platforms.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Open to learning and developing within a structured sales environment.
