Technical Sales Associate (Solar Inverters)

Yinergy Philippines is looking for a driven Technical Sales Associate to join our team based in Tandang Sora, Quezon City. We specialize in supplying high-performance low-voltage hybrid solar inverters (IP65 and IP21 series) to local contractors, engineering firms, and solar installers. In this role, you will manage client accounts, present technical product solutions, and help drive our distribution network growth.

• Identify, prospect, and engage prospective solar installers, contractors, and industry partners.
• Present and explain technical product specifications, features, and benefits of Yinergy hybrid inverters to clients.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to prepare accurate proposals and quotations.
• Manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and guide accounts through the entire sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales performance targets.

• At least 1–2 years of experience in technical sales, account management, or the solar/electrical industry.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong preference will be given to candidates who own and can use their own vehicle for field work and client visits.
• Target-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
