Job Description

Full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (IT, engineering, software, etc.).

Partner with hiring managers on role requirements & sourcing strategies.

Build pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search.

Screen, interview & evaluate candidates for technical fit.

Ensure seamless candidate experience & timely communication.

Track recruitment metrics & report progress.

MUST HAVE: At least 2 years experience in technical recruitment
