About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Recruiter / Headhunter to spearhead our talent acquisition efforts across the European market. This is not a role for those who rely solely on active applicants or job board postings we need a relentless, proactive hunter who thrives on navigating the passive talent market.

The ideal candidate is a power user of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search logic, possessing the grit and resourcefulness to track down, engage, and secure top-tier technical professionals. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to candidate delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Active Headhunting: Execute high-intensity sourcing strategies, evaluating 100 profiles per day to uncover the top 1% of passive candidates.
• Pipeline Engineering: Build and nurture sustainable talent pools for hard-to-fill roles in Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Data Analytics.
• Assessment & Submission: Conduct structured preliminary interviews to evaluate technical capabilities and soft skills. Partner closely with Account Managers by delivering high-conviction candidate summaries and pitch profiles.
• Market Mapping: Go beyond traditional job boards by leveraging discrete outreach techniques to map and penetrate the passive European candidate market.

Requirements

• Proven Track Record: 3–5+ years of experience in Technical or Niche Recruitment, specifically targeting Western markets (UK, Europe, or North America).
• Sourcing Mastery: Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search strings.
• Agency Pedigree: Direct experience working within an RPO, staffing agency, or executive search firm.
• International Recruitment: Demonstrated success hiring international candidates across multiple jurisdictions.
