Qualifications
- At least 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate endorsement, offer coordination, and onboarding support
- Experience recruiting for the U.S. market, including sourcing and engaging U.S.-based candidates and supporting U.S.-based hiring requirements
- Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, IT, manufacturing, telecommunications, or other specialized professional roles
- Strong experience with multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, phone outreach, email campaigns, and direct sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing hiring priorities simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and self-motivated approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recruitment documentation
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Experience working in staffing, agency, RPO, or outsourcing environments is highly preferred
- Exposure to Vendor Management Systems (VMS) is an advantage but not required
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding support
- Review hiring requirements and develop sourcing strategies for priority and hard-to-fill positions
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, databases, and direct outreach
- Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to assess qualifications, technical alignment, communication skills, and overall fit
- Present qualified candidates to the recruitment team for further evaluation
- Build and maintain active talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Coordinate candidate progression throughout the hiring process
- Support offer coordination and onboarding activities
- Stay informed about talent market trends and recruitment best practices
