Looking to grow your career in technical recruitment We're hiring Technical Recruiters – hybrid setup in Makati!
Join our growing team as a Technical Recruiter! This is a hybrid role (3x onsite per week) with a dayshift schedule (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
- Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search strategies
- Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience • Build and maintain pipelines for niche IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering)
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of solid technical recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of IT roles and technical skill sets
- Familiarity with Boolean search and sourcing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruitment environment
