What You'll Do:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
• Source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search
• Screen and interview candidates for technical and cultural fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Build and maintain pipelines for niche IT roles (Cloud, DevOps, SAP, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering)
What We're Looking For:
• At least 1 year of solid technical recruitment experience
• Strong knowledge of IT roles and technical skill sets
• Familiarity with Boolean search and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment
