Job Title: IT / Tech Recruitment Specialist
Work Mode: Hybrid in Mabolo, Cebu City ( 3 Day WFO )
Shift: Monday to Friday ( 10 AM to 7 PM Ph time ) Fixed Shift
Salary: Monthly Fixed upto 30,000 PHP + Monthly Commissions per Hire
Start Date: ASAP
Job Description :
- Source Applicants for open positions through headhunting, linkedin, jobstreet, indeed, facebook, social media, online channels, referals and personal networking.
- Prescreen sourced candidates to ensure they are eligible for interview.
- Tag applicants on the provided ATS
- Train applicant for interview and cordinate between applicant and hiring manager for interview scheduling
- Ensure applicant attendance and readinenss for the interview process
- Follow up with selected applicants for documentation and onboarding
- Maintain recruitment trackers
KPIs / Hiring Goals :
- 5 qualified applicants to be sourced per day ( tagged valid on ATS )
- Minimum of 2 selections ( Applicants who pass final interview ) per week
OR
- Minimum 5 successful hires per month
Preferred Applicant:
- Applicants with Agency/Vendor/Third-party/RPO experience
- Applicants with strong knowledge of Niche or Tech hiring profiles
- Applicants with strong knowledge of Linkedin Boolean search and headhunting
- Applicants with strong sense of accountability and commitment toward hiring targets
Hiring Process:
- Initial Prescreening Phone call
- Technical Round ( Onsite )
- Operations Round ( Over Google Meet )
Documents Requried:
- Previous Payslips / Bank Statements
- Previous Offer and COE
Additional Instructions:
- Applicants must have the necessary tools to work in a hybrid setup
- A Laptop/Computer with Minimum i3 processor
- A Headset/Mic and Webcamera for regular meetings
- A stable Wifi connection of minimum 30 MBPS
- A stable electrical outflow at workspace or a powerbackup
- A Cell Phone and local sim card ( Sim load will be provided )
