We're Hiring: Technical Recruiter
Location: Quezon City | Schedule: Full-time, On-site
About the role:
TheTechnical Recruiteris responsible for executing the end-to-end recruitment, selection, and placement process for technical positions. The role ensures that the most qualified individuals are successfully hired within the required timeframe. This includes maintaining proper documentation of new hires and coordinating their smooth endorsement to the requesting department or division.
This position reports directly to theRecruitment Managerand functions as an individual contributor, with no direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to fully understand hiring needs and role requirements for various technical positions.
- Manage thefull-cycle recruitment process from sourcing and screening to selection, job offer, and onboarding ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
- Partner with the recruitment team to design, refine, and implement effective and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Stay up to date and actively engaged on job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms to attract top technical talent.
- Create, update, and post compelling job advertisements and announcements to maximize candidate reach.
- Ensure accurate and complete recruitment documentation and proper coordination with the hiring divisions for onboarding.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degreein Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field (preferred).
- 24 yearsof experience intechnical recruitment(IT, engineering, or related fields).
- Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Excellenttime management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Willing to workonsite for the first months, and hybrid after 3 or 6 month, least 3 times a week(hybrid setup).
