SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing the recruitment process end-to-end, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and assessing technical capabilities. Effective communication skills, a knack for identifying and attracting top talent, and the ability to liaise effectively with candidates and hiring managers are key to success in this role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods such as job boards, networking events, and social media.
- Conduct preliminary phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates technical skills and compatibility with the organization.
- Review candidates resumes and technical qualifications to determine their fit for open positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend the specific technical skills and qualifications required for open roles.
- Negotiate and extend job offers to chosen candidates.
- Maintain and update the organization's recruitment database and tracking systems regularly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role in HR, preferably in the outsourcing, head-hunting, or MSP industry.
- Familiarity with various technical roles and requisite skills.
- Proficient in candidate sourcing methods and platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment cycle efficiently.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to assess candidate's technical skills effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
