POSITION OVERVIEW
The Technical Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment of technical and operations roles supporting Payreto's Payments and Banking Operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to deliver high-quality talent for IT, payments, and financial services operations through proactive sourcing, structured assessments, and strong client management.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
End-to-End Technical Recruitment
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Payreto's technical and operations roles, including but not limited to:
- Payments Operations
- Banking Operations
- IT & Systems Support
- Risk, Compliance, and Transaction Monitoring
- Technical Support and Platform Operations
- Conduct in-depth screening to assess technical capability, domain knowledge, and operational readiness
- Coordinate technical, functional, and behavioral interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Facilitate offer management, negotiations, and candidate closing
Sourcing & Headhunting
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and headhunting channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of niche technical and financial operations talent
- Perform market mapping for hard-to-fill roles within payments and banking operations
Recruitment Operations & ATS Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records, workflows, and reporting in the ATS
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, aging, and source effectiveness
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and process standards
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers and leadership
- Provide consultative guidance on talent availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies
- Manage expectations, timelines, and communication across all stakeholders
WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related technical fields
- Must have basic to intermediate in G Suite/MS Office Suite
- Deep understanding of payments, fintech, and banking operations talent markets
- Process-oriented
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with extended team members
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience hiring for IT, Payments, and Banking Operations roles
- 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment operations or full-cycle recruitment
- Must be proactive, a critical thinker, a team player, and have a positive attitude
