Role Overview

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to support our tech hiring pipeline on a part-time basis. You'll own end-toend recruitment for technical roles, working closely with our HR & internal team to build strong talent pools and keep our hiring pipelines moving. This role is well suited to someone who is highly focused, genuinely good at spotting strong candidates, and comfortable using AI tools as part of a modern recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for tech roles

• Building and maintaining talent pools for ongoing and future tech hiring needs

• Conducting initial candidate interviews and technical assessments

• Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers

• Managing job postings and candidate pipelines across appropriate channels

• Assisting with offer preparation and onboarding coordination

• Maintaining accurate recruitment documentation and status reporting

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience recruiting for tech/IT roles

• A genuine eye for good talent — able to spot strong candidates

• Highly focused — able to manage multiple pipelines without dropping quality

• Comfortable using AI tools to support recruitment processes

• Excellent English communication, written and spoken

• Philippines-based only
