Job Details

• Location: Baliwag, Bulacan
• Work Setup: Onsite
• Schedule: Dayshift, Weekends Off
• Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications

• At least 6 months to 1 year of Technical Recruitment or IT Recruitment experience
• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for technical positions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite in Baliwag, Bulacan
• Available to work on a dayshift schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates for technical and IT-related positions
• Conduct initial screening and interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates
