Perform high-volume full-cycle recruitment activities for Engineering and Manufacturing requisitions: actively searching for qualified candidates, using various methods like online job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
Develop a sourcing strategy and recruiting channels to conduct an effective search for qualified candidates.
Coordinate and organize interviews with hiring managers and interview panels to move forward with the hiring process.
Following recruitment compliance, such as Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), affirmative action, guidelines, and other local practices.
Responsible for other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Can work on the night shift (9 PM - 7 AM Manila Time)
Able to work from home and visit the office in Pasig City occasionally.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Building rapport with candidates, account executives, clients, and colleagues.
Technical knowledge: has an understanding of relevant engineering concepts, technologies, and trends.
Recruiting expertise: This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills for Engineering roles.
High-volume or VMS experience highly preferred.
Understanding of the engineering job market: Staying updated on industry trends, salaries, and in-demand skills is essential.
Strong interpersonal skills. Team player.
Experience in Recruitment ATS, CRM, and VMS tools. (e.g., Salesforce, Fieldglass, Wand, IQN, Beeline, etc.)
