Technical Recruiter General Santos

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills and fit for the organization
• Maintain and update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Ability to work within the team and coordinate team activities (Job Fair)
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or another related field
• Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in technical recruitment
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the recruitment process
• Proficient in using ATS and recruitment software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple roles
• Commitment to ethical recruiting practices and candidate care
