Job Summary:
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering our recruitment processes for our APAC clients. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent across various technology functions, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires a fast paced mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a focus on output.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring needs.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job specifications and market trends.
Candidate Sourcing:
To identify and engage potential candidates, utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach. Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Management:
Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure a good fit for the candidate and the organization. Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet organizational hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job specifications and market trends.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a vendor/agency environment
Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes within niche technologies
Experience in recruiting for tech within APAC region
Skills:
Impeccable verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong candidate management and closing skills
