Technical & Purchasing Executive (Tankers), Singapore

Do you have 3–5 years of experience in technical, purchasing, or procurement roles within tanker shipping

Are you familiar with Class & Flag compliance, marine procurement, and dry-docking coordination

We're partnering with a reputable ship management company that's expanding its Tanker Division and looking for a Technical & Purchasing Executive to support fleet readiness and operational excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate Class & Flag surveys, inspections, and statutory compliance
• Support dry-docking preparation and execution
• Handle technical procurement (spares, services, repairs)
• Liaise with yards, suppliers, Class, Flag, and internal stakeholders
• Support fleet documentation, PMS follow-ups, and technical records

What We're Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Marine Engineering, Logistics, or related discipline
• 3–5 years experience in ship management / technical / purchasing roles
• Familiarity with tanker operations, dry-docking, and procurement workflows
• Comfortable working in a structured, compliance-driven environment
